“Stay-On Partner” Option

Want us to stay involved after the build?

We offer an optional Stay-On Partner structure where we remain a minority partner in the business and continue supporting growth.

How it works

  • We remain as a minority partner (typically 10%–30%)

  • Your purchase price is reduced by the same percentage

  • You still operate and control the business day-to-day

  • We stay involved in a limited capacity as a strategic partner

Example

If the business price is $30,000 and you choose a 20% partner option:

  • You pay $24,000 upfront

  • We retain 20% ownership

  • You own 80% and remain the operator
